Ranch dell'Ambrenella

We picked this restaurant as we wanted to have an Italian fine dining experience whilst on holiday in Vieste. We chose the 6 course chef&rsquo;s choice taster menu so it was a complete surprise what we got. In fact with the amuse bouche, breads and petit fours it was more like 9 courses. I enjoyed the ceviche however the oysters and raw shellfish was not to my taste. Loved the risotto with mixed shellfish, and the pasta with sea urchin.  The service was very good and our waiter spoke good English. It was great value for money and a memorable meal during our stay in Vieste.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, menu with good choice, mostly sea.

Perfect food and atmosphere with inspiring view!

The staff is very friendly and the food is very good. The orrichiete al pomodoro were delicious and the grilled fish also very nice. Also there&rsquo;s a nice terrace.

The hotel is very well located in a beautiful olive-spot. A friendly and friendly atmosphere. We can make the sheep good at the arm as well as fritter. Excellent price quality ratio.
